Because it's no V12. It's a Q7 with a sport-style package which happen to be the V12 bodykit. Best way to tell them apart is to have a look at the lights, since the V12 was discontinued before this facelift (see lights) appeared. Also, the mirrors aren't in aluminum style, no ceramic brakes available and therefore usually smaller rims.
wait, sorry, I don't know about these exterior details, but the engine for sure is a V12. Swap maybe?
