I did some digging in the historic Ferrari registry to find out more about the racing history of this 500TR, but based on what I found out, I'm afraid it's not a real 500TR.
15 of the 16 produced were right-hand-drive, the single left-hand-drive example has a slightly different front. Also, all 500TR's share the same bonnet intake design, the one on this example deviates from the original design. The full registry can be found on barchetta.cc.
Based on above, it's likely that this is a (very good) replica based on a Ferrari 250GTE 2+2 and most likely this exact one: chassis 3887GT 62 (also in the same registry).
Nonetheless, an amazing car and spot and still a real Ferrari!
