You didn't fill in the license plate field for some reason. Please correct this by clicking on the report spot button > change type and fill in the license plate in the lower field.

Jggie, The plate is a trade plate and is not registered to a car but the dealer. In HK it takes a while for unusual cars like this to get an official plate.... therefore this car does not at this point it does not have a license plate.

@KeithMulcahy: it doesn't matter what kind of plate it is. You still need to correct it.
