The process of transferring a license plate can take a week or two, so i think this is a newer Quattroporte, but he/she may have originally had an older model, but purchased this newer model, and recently transferred the plate.
This is a Quattroporte 2008...Nice find nontheless!

@TFJJ as of 2016 the registration details still list this as a white 2004 Maserati Quattroporte. The one detail that confirms it are the mirrors. They are of the old model.
