First spot in Vinci! This is the birthplace of Renaissance polymath Leonardo da Vinci who painted the famous Mona Lisa. This small town is home to Museo Leonardiano (the museum of Leonardo da Vinci), Casa Natale di Leonardo (the house where he was born) and Chiesa di Santa Croce which was built in the 13th century, but later remade in neo-Renaissance style. I visited all three places. I was surprised to find a car like this in such a small town and I'm happy to add another 987 Cayman S since 2007. It's been fourteen years since my last one so finding one with these views was very satisfying.
