Rules in CZ:
"Generally, the licenseplate on the request, it is possible to give a combination of numbers and uppercase letters (only Arabic numerals and Latin name, with the exception of the letters G, C, O, Q and W - because of the easy interchangeability of these letters)."
That means MAN S"zero"RY8 is right, MAN S"ou"RY8 is wrong :-)
