From the archive. I found this brand new (at the time) Cadillac CTS-V still wearing temporary tags driving on Bruce Park Avenue and turning onto Railroad Avenue on 10/14/2017. Usually I try to avoid posting cars on temporary tags because I like to wait until I find the car again on permanent plates, however I haven't seen this car on permanent plates. I have many, many cars in my backlog on temporary tags that haven't been posted.
