I saw this sitting at the valet for the Excalibur hotel. I have no clue what the tuner is, but the plate said Corvette Specialty so I am sure its a Corvette without a doubt but I have no clue what bodykit it has on it, I have never seen this before! If any of you guys know please let me know I am so curious!
