Very cool this blue Ghost, fitted with a Honorary Consul plate. These plates are issued for the members of the Florida Honorary Consular Corps. This is different from career consulars, consul generals and other diplomats who need to request a special license plate similar to this from the US Government instead of the state of Florida. This plate 'EV3' also belongs to a Bentayga Black Edition from Latvia. Same number/letter combination, but a different country.
